The Joan stands for sustainable entrepreneurship. The building has a BREEAM Excellent certification. Green energy is used and water-saving techniques are applied to taps, urinals and toilets to prevent waste. Rainwater from the roofs is collected to flush the toilets, but also to keep the “green lungs” – the walls covered with plants – moist. Parking spaces are available in the adjacent car park. This building has a reception, a lunch restaurant and various meeting rooms.

ScaleHub Overamstel is located in The Joan, at Joan Muyskenweg 30, and consists of an 8-storey building, of which we occupy the entire 3rd floor with a total surface area of 2,600 m². Ideally located next to the A10 and A2 ring roads, it is a 7-minute walk from Overamstel metro station and a 10-minute bike ride from the city centre. Parking spaces are available in the adjacent car park. This building has a reception, a lunch restaurant and several meeting rooms.
